" We had a wonderful holiday in your villa in Florida. The location was perfect.
Your villa was excellent, very spacious, comfortable attractive and a real haven to return to after a
long day in the parks. We thoroughly enjoyed having the pool to ourselves it was great to
be able to swim whenever we wanted too and it was very well maintained.
The boys loved the games room, and of course it was great for us to have the laundry facilities,
it meant we could take less clothing so we could fill our cases with goodies from the shopping
outlets to bring home.
I think the main thing for us though was having the computer with internet access, all
the boys like to play the internet games and of course my husband and I very much
appreciated being able to use our laptops too to keep up with things in the outside world.
All in all Vijay we had everything we needed to enjoy a super problem free relaxing break,
we will definately reccommend your villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in Florida, thank you very much. "

You will love staying at our beautiful Disney area luxury vacation villa. This orlando villa is elegantly decorated and will serve as
an ideal family homebase during your visit to the disney vacation area. Our executive single story 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom (2 En-suite) rental
vacation villa is fully equipped for all your needs during your stay. Our luxury orlando villa is in a safe family area
located at the exclusive development community of Legacy Park, which is on US27, just 3 minutes away from 192.
24hr Walmart is 3 miles away from the villa, Publix supermarket and other shops are within 1 mile.
Disney world attractions are within 12 minutes drive. Sea World, Wet & Wild, International drive, Florida Mall and
factory outlets are less than 25 minutes drive.
Our Orlando Villa (Orlando Vacation Home) is spacious and furnished to the highest standard and can accommodate eight in comfort
and up to 10 by utilising the sofa beds in the family and sitting rooms.

This room is large and spacious, fully air-conditioned for all the family to unwind and relax.
It has a large television with an abundance of cable channels and a ceiling fan.
It is also equipped with a VCR, DVD And Stereo System With Multi-CD Player for your enjoyment.

Formal lounge and dining room. A bright and airy room for you and your family
to unwind. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area with comfortable dining table and chairs complete with placemats.

Master Bedroom:
This tastefully decorated master suite has a king-size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, an alarm clock,
two bedside tables with lamps and a large chest of drawers with mirror.
There is a large walk in closet. Beside the closet is a large en-suite bathroom with a cubicle shower,
sink/vanity unit and mirror and a large sunken bath. A hairdryer and a shower attachment can be found in the vanity unit.

Second Master Bedroom:
At the front of the property this bedroom comprises of a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps,
large chest of drawers, built-in closet, cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath,
shower and sink/vanity unit with mirror.

This bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and a built-in closet.

" We stayed in Vijay's villa for 2 weeks, I just wish it was longer as the place was fantastic,
it had everything we needed for a very comfortable holiday and it is exactley as it
looks on their website, I have recommended it to my family and friends and they have
already booked for next year. The pool was great we had plenty of space to enjoy
the sun and have breakfast in the morning before heading to the parks. The games room was
an extra bonus and the living space was more than we needed but was comfortable and airy
and we spent a few night relaxing watching films after long days at the parks, all in all
it was a great location only 12 mins from Disney and all the other parks and 50 mins form
Sandford airport, it is in a really nice estate with friendly neighbours also in easy
reach of the supermarkets and of course the pubs, $5/$10 in a taxi to the nearest pub
is ideal. I will be reutuning in the near future, thanks for a great holiday "

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you are ever likely to need whilst on vacation.
This includes a cooker,
fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Silverware, crockery and cooking utensils are provided including unbreakable items
for use out by the pool. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for casual dining or breakfast.

There is a 28' x 14' pool with fibre optic lighting, both of which can be heated for a small additional charge.
Poolside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and loungers for relaxing on after a hard day at the Theme Parks!
It has a pool screen for your comfort and a removable child safety fence. A gas BBQ grill is also available for your use.
Child safety pool alarm can be found on the sliding doors leading to the pool area.

" Our holiday was fantastic thanks - although I feel as though I need a holiday to get over my holiday as we went to theme parks 15 times!!!!.
We flew to Miami and had to drive up and the directions to the Villa were excellent and we found it first time.
We have stayed at a lot of Villas in Florida and we found that this one was great value for money!!!.
One of our main requests was to have a games room as we had children with us but they actually never really used it - I think they were too tired!.
Villa had everything we needed - our friends drove down from Canada to stay with us for a few days and they have an 18 month old baby.
They did not have a lot of room in the car so to have the high chair and cot etc was fantastic for them as they did not
have to worry about bringing anything.

" My family and I had a great time staying in your villa.
It was beautiful and had everything that we could have wanted, a real home from home.
The location of your villa was great, just the right distance from Disney to not
have to worry about the traffic, yet far enough away that we had some peace and quiet.
It was really handy to be so close to the 192 with all the restaurants etc.
All in all we had a great holiday, the villa was beautiful, plenty of towels and kitchen
ware and the added bonus of having a washing machine meant that nothing came home dirty!.
I would definately recommend your fabulous house to friends and should we go back in a

" We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was just great. We liked everything about it.
On arrival the house was beautifully cleaned and cool! Everything was just right for us.
The villa is very comfortable and light, bright and airy. It has a really nice feel to the place,
if you know what I mean. We felt very much at home and believe me this is not to say that our
house is anything like it!! It's just the way it felt to us, like it really was our 'home' for
that period of time and this holiday seemed to last a lot longer than 2 weeks.
We appreciated having the computer and the location was great for us.
